New 2020 Jayco Jay Flight Bungalow 40RLTS Park Model. Settle in and stay a while. Set up camp - in style, of course - with the 2020 Jay Flight Bungalow. A 96 inch interior height and a 102 inch wide-body construction mean there's plenty of space to stretch. And with standard residential features including an 18-cubic foot refrigerator with ice maker, ceiling fan and 60 inch sliding patio door, it won't take long to feel right at home. Starting in the back of the camper, huge rear windows open up the view from this rear living room floorplan. IN the back there is a hide-a-bed sofa which converts to a bed for extra sleeping. Opposing slideouts really open up the space in the living room with the entertainment center across from a pair of reclining chairs. The entertainment center has a large HD TV with stereo and DVD player mounted above the fireplace. Also in this slideout is the galley with Microwave, stove, oven, residential refrigerator, solid surface countertops and an island in the middle of the camper for the sink and additional storage and counter space. Across the trailer, the other slideout has the reclining chairs mentioned before as well as a table and four chairs. Moving forward in the camper there is a pantry and bench storage area on the wall with the bathroom. The bathroom is all in one with a tub/shower, commode, lavatory and closet with washer/dryer prep. In the front of the camper is the private master bedroom with a queen bed slideout and a wardrobe across the front of the camper. Other features include dual roof air conditioners to make sure it stays cool and comfortable even on the hottest summer days. There is a furnace to keep in warm. A 10 gallon water heater that operates on gas or electric with auto-ignition and has a 16 gallon per hour recovery rate. There is a central vacuum with push-button retract for easy hose storage. Full extension ball-bearing drawer guides with 75 pound capacity. And the window treatments feature residential style wood-look blinds in the living room and night shades in the bedroom. On the outside, the first thing to notice is the fiberglass exterior. A durable fiberglass will stand up to the elements and keep your camper looking good for years to come. There are four corner stabilizer jacks, 30# LP bottles, an electric awning, patio door and standard door entrances and an outside shower. Stop out to see this for yourself.
